This service takes your project from the very first briefing meeting, through to site completion. We will work with you every step of the way through the design, planning and construction stage of your project.

A pre planning application will be put together and submitted to your local council to test whether an idea would be viable. This could be a new build house on a plot of land, the addition of an outbuilding or an extension to your property. The planners don’t need the detail at this stage, just an outline of the project and your intentions. We take on the role of ‘agent’ for this process, dealing with all council correspondence and helping you to understand the feedback provided.

Suited to early concept schemes where full architecture services are not required. A sketch scheme can be put together to help you imagine a design with the use of floor plans, 3D views, and mood boards without going into the detail. Depending on the information you can provide, this service can be carried out remotely.

A concise design package for single room projects, such as refurbishing kitchens or bathrooms. Services include detailed drawings, finishes schedule, and full specification for you to take to a builder.

If you have an idea and want to talk it through, we can visit site, discuss your project and advise on how to move forwards. Each site visit will be followed up with a written assessment and feedback.
