A full refurbishment and loft conversion to a victorian terraced house to create a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The focus of the design was on a new sculptural staircase leading to the new loft bedroom and ensuite. The delicate steel framework is set off from the square walls supporting solid oak treads and a brass handrail. The semi-circular landing allows light down to the floors below, and the hand painted blue finish contrasts with the electric colour palette elsewhere in the house.

  • Mansard roof

  • Reconfigured internal layout to include 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

  • Bespoke joinery

  • Detailed kitchen and bathroom drawings.

  • Planning application
